SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

This option is intended to be an efficient channel of communication between the Faculty of Sciences staff and its users for the latter to contribute to improve our service either with suggestions or complaints related to the services we offer.

Requirements:

Any UA member (students, academic staff and administrative staff) can submit a complaint or suggestion by filling in the form for this purpose.

Deadline for submissions:

Any time.

How to do it

By filling in the corresponding form.  Click on the option according to your membership profile and a form will be displayed for you to fill in with the information you want to let us know.

People involved in this process:
  • Faculty Managing Board
  • Faculty Quality Coordinator
  • Faculty Quality Committee
  • People responsible the services, centres and departments involved
Procedure:

Once your suggestion or complaint is received, the person responsible for this at our Faculty makes the decision whether to accept it or not for consideration, taking into account what the UA and Faculty of Sciences internal regulations state in this regard.

  • If it is not not accepted for consideration, the reason why it was rejected will be notified to the sender.
  • If it is admitted for consideration, it is submitted to the corresponding body fo rthem to begin the process of analysing, solving and responding as described below:
  1. The person responsible for this at the Faculty notify the suggestion or complaint to the service, committee or department involved whenever it is not the responsibility of the Faculty managing board.C
  2. The Committee, service or department involved will:
    • Analyse such a complaint or suggestion and the information they consider relevant with the aim of coming to a conclusion and decide for the best solution.
    • Transfer the result of such an analysis on the monitoring report. (F02-PA04).
    • Communicate to both the person interested and the Faculty staff the result within a period of 15 working days from the day when the suggestion or complaint was lodged. In the case of complaints, the periods for resolution will be established by the regulations in force.
